Please adhere to the following instructions to ensure that your AccentsUK jewellery pieces are given their best life. Avoid the jewellery being in contact with heat & chemicals like perfume, deodorant and alcohol. To clean any pieces, use a dry cotton cloth. For tassel earrings store them away using the protective sleeves provided to ensure the threads stay intact and don’t get damaged. Ideally pack your purchases in an airtight container after use. Keep small pieces out of reach of children.

No two items made with natural materials or even metal materials will be exactly the same. Customers should also note that due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear slightly different in tone to their true colouring.

It is not a guarantee that no one will react to an item of jewellery from our collections as it is possible to be allergic to anything. Please order with caution and at your own risk.

Earrings and body jewellery are potential choking hazards for babies and children. No earrings on this site are suitable for a child less than 3 years old. For children over 3 years old suitability must be determined a parent or guardian.

All payment for Goods and for the cost of packaging and delivery must be made before the Goods are delivered.
All prices on the AccentsUK website are shown in GBP (UK Pounds). For customers purchasing outside the UK the final price will be calculated by your card issuer in accordance with the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing your transaction.

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days unless stated otherwise on the specific product page or contacted and informed.

All UK orders are posted free of charge and are posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for delivery which has a 3 days delivery aim.

For Special Next Day delivery there is an additional charge, please email us on enquiries@accentsuk.co.uk for us to be able to follow through and better assist you with this.

All international orders are charged at a flat rate of £9.99 and posted via Royal Mail International Signed which has a 5-7 working days delivery aim.

If an incorrect address has been provided and the products have been shipped or Royal Mail are unable to deliver (and the parcel has not been collected from the local post office using the details from the red card Royal Mail leave if this occurs), there is a delay of up to 4 weeks for the package to return back to us before we can resend this. It is the customers responsibility to pay the additional fee for the items to be resent. The additional postage fee depends upon the size of the package.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. Any import duties or taxes charged in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. AccentsUK are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

AccentsUK is exchange only. As we are an independent online boutique we do not offer refunds at this moment. An exchange request needs to be made to enquiries@accentsuk.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the item; exchanges can be made with any other items of the same price. You have the opportunity to chose an item that is higher in value by simply paying the difference; if the exchange item chosen by the customer is lower in price the difference will not be refunded. We are happy to replace an item that has a manufacturing issue, for this an exchange request needs to also be made within 7 days of receiving the product/s including photographs of the faulty product to enquiries@accentsuk.co.uk.

All claims are assessed on a case by case basis and we will then get in touch with what options are available. AccentsUK will review the images and approve accordingly. The exchanged/replacement product will be sent once the initial product/s have been returned to us in their original condition and packaging. Customers are advised to contact us for the return address. All customers are responsible for their own shipping fees when exchanging items. The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you have received it. For hygiene reasons earrings are not replaceable/exchangeable.

AccentsUK will only use the data you provide to fulfil our service. Data will be collected via the contact form and through email when requesting to purchase our products. We will only use your data to be able to fulfil our service to you as our customer, and to be able to use as a proof of purchase for yourselves as well as us. Your data is stored safely and not shared between parties. Our website is hosted by WordPress/Webvizion, and any data that may be stored by them is safe and secure. Our website also has a valid SSL certificate to ensure customer data security.
